As part of the phone infrastructure upgrade, CIS replaced phones with newer Cisco models in June 2018. (This included all phones and fax equipment for UICOMP onsite, the psychiatry residency and Positive Health Solutions.)

Frequently Asked Questions
Dial 9-1-(xxx) xxx-xxxx for all external calls, including calls to the 309 area code.
For internal calls, dial just the four-digit extension.
Note: For emergency calls, dial just 911 (with no preceding digits).

When you receive a voicemail, you also get an email that contains an audio file of that voicemail.
If you delete a voicemail on your phone, the message will also be deleted in Outlook.
If needed, you can recover voicemail in the Deleted Items folder in Outlook, just as you would any other email.
You can change speed dial and other settings through the Cisco Self Care Portal.
Yes, you can order a Plantronics headset for an additional fee. If you are using an older headset, we will replace it.
