  • OSF Saint Francis Medical Center

    OSF Saint Francis Medical Center is a 629 bed tertiary referral and teaching hospital with eight residency programs, several fellowship programs, and a full range of medical services. It is the largest medical center in Illinois outside of Chicago, and serves a large area of Illinois, Indiana, and Iowa.

  • Children’s Hospital of Illinois

    Children’s Hospital of Illinois, located within Saint Francis Medical Center, has 136 beds, and includes a Level 1 Trauma Center, Cancer Center, and a supportive (pediatric palliative) care program.

  • OSF Community Hospice

    OSF Community Hospice provides comprehensive care for hospice patients throughout their regions. The Central Region, which covers seven counties near Peoria, is the primary location for teaching. OSF Central Region Hospice typically cares for a census of 80 to 100 patients in homes and long-term care facilities throughout the region. Close to half of patients have oncology problems, with the remainder having a mix of pulmonary, cardiovascular, nephrologic and neurological disease.

  • OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home

    OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home is a beautiful new 16 bed Inpatient Hospice facility in Peoria, Illinois. The hospice home serves patients who are suffering from distressing symptoms that cannot be effectively or feasibly managed in their own home or a long term care facility. Very complex cases are routinely cared for at the Owens Hospice Home, making it an ideal teaching facility.

  • OSF Outpatient Palliative Care Clinic

    The OSF Outpatient Palliative Care Clinic is a one-half day a week longitudinal ambulatory experience for the fellows. It provides continuity of care and fosters the development of therapeutic relationships with patients and families.

  • Jump Simulation

    The Jump training and research center provides a unique opportunity for training and research, focusing on use of simulations and other technology to improve medical training and care.

  • OSF HealthCare Divine Mercy Continuing Care Hospital

    OSF HealthCare Divine Mercy Continuing Care Hospital is a 47-bed facility offering two levels of care: 18 beds dedicated to long-term post-acute care and 29 beds within an acute rehabilitation unit. The hospital delivers compassionate care through a dedicated interdisciplinary team, supporting patients during their transition from one care setting to another.

  • OSF Outpatient Palliative Care Clinic at OSF Cancer Institute

    The new OSF Cancer Institute features modern research areas, exam rooms, labs, a pharmacy, and a diagnostic center. It is designed to help cancer teams collaborate and discuss cases, ensuring a team-based approach to treatment. The institute provides a full range of cancer care, including clinical trials, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and surgery.
