About
I was raised in a rural community in central Illinois, completed my undergraduate degree in southern Illinois, and attended medical school in northern Illinois.
Once finished with residency I plan to practice medicine in a rural, underserved community doing a little bit of everything- obstetrics, in-office procedures, teaching students, chronic disease management, and inpatient medicine. This is just one of many reasons I’ve fallen in love with Family Medicine! I’m so happy to have found a program that encourages my curiosity and exploration of so many aspects of medicine.
Family and friends are very important to me, so I spend any free time with them. I also adore traveling to new places, hiking, and just trying new things in general.
