About Me
As the associate program director for population health, my goals are to help our residents focus on building knowledge and skills around addressing social determinants of health, becoming advocates for children and developing into community leaders. I am connecting the residents with community partners to engage in advocacy opportunities such as in school health and education, care-a-van physicals, food pantries, and supporting various drives to help promote the well-being of children in the underserved areas of Peoria.
