Dr. Shaikh graduated from Dow University of Health Sciences in Karachi, Pakistan, and completed her Pediatric Residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City.
Her passions include Pediatric Sepsis, resident and fellow education, and curriculum development utilizing simulation and virtual reality.
