About Me

Professional interests include caring for underserved and vulnerable populations, internationally, rurally, and in urban/local settings. Street medicine, home visiting, and Food as Medicine are current areas of work. Sustainability (environmentally and programmatically) is an area of great concern for me. I am passionate about orphan and adoptive care, along with care for those with special needs.

My personal and professional passions collide, but I also love playing piano, singing, reading, writing, textiles, amateur farming, running, and chasing around our four wildly sweet little children.

Why I Chose Peoria

Peoria is home for us, but we also loved the Med-Peds community, the family-friendly environment, and the ability to work and serve in varied ways (locally, rurally, globally).
