About
I enjoy reading the occasional book regardless of topic, though I do prefer non-fiction books. I like video games – I am a big fan of the entire Assassin's Creed series and enjoy reading up on the background histories associated with each of those games. Aside from that, I will indulge in the occasional movie and still do try to follow the NBA as a Raptors fan (although sadly there is not much to follow currently).
Why I Chose Peoria
There were lots of great programs and people on the Med-Peds interview trail, and I was fortunate to meet a lot of wonderful people, reflective of the very welcoming community overall. Peoria stood out to me as a strongly supportive environment that was immediately apparent through my interactions with the residents and program leadership on interview day. Even through the brief interviews, I was able to come away with very positive feelings about the program and was drawn to the camaraderie here. Peoria's very convenient location was also a great draw, as being close to two major cities can be a great help.
