About
About me:
A Peoria native, I completed my medical training locally, followed by residency in Pennsylvania and Chicago. I began my career in Ottawa, Illinois, where I practiced obstetrics and gynecology and served as chair of the OB/GYN department at the local hospital. I returned to Peoria in 2005 to enter private practice and soon joined the University of Illinois College of Medicine’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Within the department, I have served as Program Director, Division Director of OB/GYN Simulation, and Division Director of Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) / Urogynecology. I currently divide my time between private practice and the university, where I educate medical students and residents during their FPMRS / Urogynecology rotations.
