Theresa Tracy Strive to Survive Donates $48k for Pancreatic Cancer Research
Theresa Tracy Strive to Survive continued their long-standing support of pancreatic cancer research at the University of Illinois College of Medicine (UICOMP) during a check presentation January 30. They donated $48,644 through tremendous fundraising efforts, including their annual Theresa Tracy Trot on the East Peoria Riverfront.
Carle Health Greater Peoria and Illinois Cancer Care received the same amount.
Their gift of support always includes the digits “44” because that was Theresa’s age when she passed from pancreatic cancer.
