Tammy Wilkins, APRN, DNP, FNP-BD, AP-PMN, brings an extensive background and wealth of experience as the inpatient pain management nurse practitioner at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center. Throughout her thirty-year career, Dr. Wilkins has excelled in various healthcare settings, including the emergency department, occupational health, OB/GYN, pediatrics, and Family Practice.
In addition to her role at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, Dr. Wilkins serves as an Adjunct Faculty to the University of Illinois Palliative Care Fellowship, further highlighting her dedication to education and mentorship. She holds a BSN from Saint Francis Center College of Nursing, an MSN from the University of Illinois Peoria Regional Family Nurse Practitioner Program, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice Clinical program from Saint Francis Center College of Nursing. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Wilkins finds joy in her personal life. She resides in Washington, IL, alongside her husband, Joe.
