About
My interest lies in understanding the physiology of brain to gut communication and building on this knowledge to manage and coordinate care for palliative care patients who are referred to our service with distressing symptoms secondary to dysfunctional brain gut communication.
Why I Chose Peoria
When I interviewed for a faculty position in 2009, the staff were welcoming. I felt safe, which was very important to me as a single female, and I remember distinctly feeling as if I would be moving home.
