About

I am interested in vascular surgery, trauma surgery, and critical care. I grew up around Chicago and made my way back after college for medical school, staying in Illinois for residency to stay near my family. In my free time, I like to read, exercise, cook from scratch, and spend time with friends.

Why I Chose Peoria

The residents and faculty inspired me to come to UICOM Peoria. The interactions among classes and between faculty and residents reflected the kind of energy I wanted in a program. This has remained true to this day.

How has your residency program helped you grow toward your career goals?

I have been able to discover, nurture, and succeed in my passions through the culture and education of this program.
