About
My medical areas of interest include pediatric home hospice care, simulation-based learning centered on communication skills and end-of-life care, working towards early integration of palliative care for children with potentially life-limiting conditions, and medical ethics.
Having grown up in Southern Illinois, I was thrilled for the opportunity to move back closer to home and settle into a warm, welcoming environment where I feel comfortable raising my children. We love being able to take our boys to St. Louis Blues or Cardinals games on the weekends with their grandparents. Additionally, Peoria itself offers many activities for our family to enjoy and explore together, including our favorites, the Riverfront Museum and the Caterpillar Visitor's Center and Museum.
