About
Born and raised in New Jersey, Dr. Max Kahn attended medical school at Albany Medical College, which was his father’s Alma Mater and whom he credits with inspiring him to become a physician. He spent seven years here at OSF and the University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria as a Neurosurgery resident, rounding out his training with a fellowship in complex and minimally invasive spine at UCLA in California. Happy to be back in the Midwest, Dr. Kahn looks forward to being a part of the exciting future of neurosurgery, where there is still much room for growth and discovery. Dr. Kahn says his whole life revolves around his amazing wife and family, and he looks forward to the time he gets to spend with them at the end of every day.
