About
I am a fifth-or-something-like that generation Peorian and grew up on the West Bluff. I enjoy trivia nights, antiques, and working in my yard (which you could call gardening if the result was pretty). There was a time when I thought I wanted to be an architect, but ultimately I took a bit of a different route and went into medicine. I hope to work as a combined adult and pediatric hospitalist after residency, but I’m still considering other pathways.
Why I Chose Peoria
I chose Peoria because I went to medical school here and had come to know many of the residents and faculty I would be working with well before the match process. UICOMP has a very large and well-established med-peds program. Needless to say, it made a positive impression, and I wanted to continue my career here.
