About
Hannah grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska and received her BA in Sociology with a minor in Spanish at Central College in Pella, Iowa. After graduating she worked as an ABA Specialist and a Care Coordinator and gained experience working directly with individuals within the community. Following, she received her MS in Criminal Justice Sciences at Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois. There, she conducted a Community Needs Assessment for McLean County examining recidivism at a contextual level. She plans to gain more research experience and obtain her doctorate in Community Psychology. At UIC, Hannah is the Community Affairs Specialist for the Research Services Department.
