I have spent the first 20 years of my nursing career serving children and families in a variety of ways- from working in the emergency department to advocating for children with complex medical needs in foster care to providing the day-to-day care needs of children with complex medical issues. I have a deep passion for helping children and their families navigate the healthcare system and connecting them to information and resources to help them be successful. I believe in the value of every human, respect their unique life experiences and defend their right to receive excellent care. In my role as a Developmental-Behavioral Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, I have the privilege of caring for children with a wide variety of physical and intellectual needs. My goal is to help ensure children have the supports they need to reach their full potential and their families have the knowledge and support they need to lead their children on this journey.
