About
I am a Pediatric Hospitalist and a Pediatric Procedural Sedation provider. I have been in Program leadership since 2014. My special areas of interested in Medicine are medical education, well-being in Medicine, women in medicine, care of the hospitalized child and acute care Pediatrics. I am the mom to two lovely boys. My husband is an Interface specialist with OSF Healthcare. As a family, we enjoy playing games together and travelling. I enjoy painting and reading in my spare time.
Why I Chose Peoria
I saw and learnt firsthand during my residency, the extensive pathology that one sees in Peoria- from bread and butter Pediatrics to the rare cases and all the zebras in between. I am very fortunate to have trained in Peoria, and established a solid foundation in Pediatrics. The collegial atmosphere, the camaraderie amongst residents and faculty were amongst many reasons for me to continue to be part of this residency family and raise my own family here.
