Saurabh Bansal is a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for patient care, bedside medicine, teaching students and residents, learning by practicing, and research. He has genuine interest in patient stories and dedication to connect with patients on a human level, guiding them toward recovery and improvement. His research focuses on clinical cases, COVID-19, and unusual presentations of diseases, seeking to expand knowledge and improve patient care. As an avid Cricket enthusiast, he enjoys time on the field honing skills and fostering teamwork. Off the field he uses those skills working closely with students and residents to facilitate their growth from within.
Peoria is a great mid-size town with a welcoming community to work with. Short commutes, friendly community, collegial peers and a supporting administration makes UICOMP a fun and exciting place to work at.
