Research Day presenters speak with faculty about their research posters

UICOMP Research Day 2025 was held May 7 and featured 184 research abstracts by our medical students, residents, fellows and faculty.

Keynote speaker Jan Kitajewski, PhD, Director of the University of Illinois Cancer Center, kicked off the event with an “Overview of the University of Illinois Cancer Center and Highlighting Research on Metastatic Mechanisms.”
