- 12:00-1:15 p.m. — Keynote Presentation
- 1:15-2:00 p.m. — James Scholars presentations (A100-1)
- 2:00–3:30 p.m. — Poster viewing and judging (Lobby and 2nd floor hallway)
- 3:30–4:30 p.m. — Selected presentations by students (A100-1) and social hour (sandwiches, snacks, and refreshments will be served)
- 4:30–5:00 p.m. — Awards Ceremony
The deadline for submitting research posters for printing is April 14, 2025.
Abstract submission period closed March 10, 2025.
