Individuals living with HIV/AIDS

Access to specialized HIV care from Infectious Disease trained physicians and nurse practitioner who follow the CDC guidelines for HIV treatment.

  • Annual labs include CBC, CMP, lipids, TB testing, STD testing, Hepatitis C testing, urinalysis, T and B Cell and HIV viral load, (CBC, CMP, T and B Cell and VL also completed every six months).
  • Rapid Start
  • Cabenuva – HIV medication monthly injections
  • Annual STD testing for syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea and on-site treatment
  • All CDC recommended vaccines available: influenza, shingles, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis A, pneumococcal, Prevnar 13, meningitis, TDAP and HPV
  • Referrals for screenings such as mammograms, digital rectal exam to evaluate prostate health, DEXA scans, lung screenings for cancer and any other referrals made to any specialty.
  • Care for higher risk patients such as women during pregnancy
  • Counseling for discordant couples who wish to become pregnant
  • Mental health services
    • Psychology
    • Mental health counselor
  • Nutritional supplies and supplements
  • Arrange transportation to medical appointments to the clinic
  • Interpreter services scheduled when needed.

Primary Care LGBTQ+

  • Primary care, men’s health, women’s health, trans and nonbinary health

Gender-affirming / Trans and Nonbinary Health

  • Transgender and nonbinary health services, including hormone therapy and gender-affirming surgery navigation
  • STI/HIV prevention and treatment
