$500 for 1-3 documents* in submission package (example: symptom diary, subject pamphlet and subject questionnaire = $500) *$50 for each additional document over 3 (example: symptom diary, subject pamphlet, subject questionnaire and dosing card = $550) |
There will be no charges for handling adverse events, data safety monitoring reports, new investigator’s brochures, etc. These items are examined by the board at the time of continued review.
