About
I love to travel, be social and be outside whenever I can. My favorite place that I’ve ever traveled to is Italy. I am passionate about global health and advocacy which I plan to incorporate into a future career in infectious disease or preventive health at the CDC.
Why I Chose Peoria
I chose Peoria because I was so impressed by the kindness of everyone on my interview day. As the largest med-peds program in Illinois, there is a strong med-peds culture here. The residents are always planning fun gatherings and I could tell that the community was strong. Finally, I chose Peoria because I was drawn to the mission of OSF and CHOI to providing care to the underserved.
