About

I’m from Montana and grew up in a big, lively family who inspired me to pursue Med-Peds. Family is still one of the most important parts of my life, and I try to get home whenever I can. I love traveling and hiking, especially when it means discovering new places and meeting new people. I’m also passionate about rural medicine and the chance to build lasting relationships with patients in communities like the one I came from.

Why I Chose Peoria:

I chose Peoria because it immediately felt like family—a community where people truly support one another while also challenging each other to grow. During my rotation here, I was deeply impacted by how welcoming the residents were; they were not only incredible teachers and role models, but also people I could laugh with and enjoy life alongside outside of medicine. The Med-Peds presence here is outstanding, and the program leadership genuinely cares about each resident as a person. I knew this was the kind of environment where I would be encouraged, supported, and shaped into the physician I hope to become.
