About
After earning my undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering, I was drawn to medicine for the opportunity to leverage scientific understanding and technological advancements to improve people's quality of life and health. I am especially interested in expanding access to underserved populations. Outside of the hospital, I love spending time with my wife, Carley, enjoying the great outdoors, trying new recipes, cheering on our favorite teams, or reading a good book!
Why I Chose Peoria
I chose Peoria because of the supportive people and culture and the program's priorities. I appreciate how Peoria’s community sits at the intersection of rural and urban health. I like how the program focuses on serving a variety of patient populations, building a strong educational base.
