About

Dr. Brown completed emergency medicine in residency in 2016 at the University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria, after which he practiced community-based emergency medicine in the Peoria area. He completed his hospice and palliative medicine fellowship in 2025 and now has a hybrid community emergency medicine and broad spectrum hospice and palliative medicine practice with the fellowship. He also serves as co-director of the Medical Colloquia pre-clinical course with the University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria. He serves as a wilderness medicine educator for multiple medical schools and pre-hospital organizations.
