About
I am a pathologist and dedicated medical educator with a passion for advancing undergraduate medical education through innovative and student-centered teaching approaches. I received my MD in Pathology from India, with comprehensive training in anatomic, clinical, and hematopathology, and I am a FAIMER Fellow in Health Professions Education, with advanced training in curriculum development, assessment, and educational leadership. With over two decades of academic experience, including leadership roles, I have contributed extensively to curriculum design, NBME-style assessment development, and faculty mentorship while fostering collaborative and inclusive learning environments. My research focuses on medical education, with an emphasis on interactive teaching methodologies, clinical reasoning, and the integration of basic sciences with clinical application to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
