Medical Students Volunteer at Salvation Army Men’s Shelter

In February, medical students volunteered at the Salvation Army Men’s Shelter to check blood pressure and blood glucose levels. The volunteers also shared information on Peoria area health care resources. The event was organized by the UICOMP Black History Month Committee.
