About Me
I am a Nephrologist in Peoria and a proud Med/Peds graduate of UICOMP! My wife, Lynessa, is also Med/Peds trained and practices in Peoria with OSF in Washington, IL. I have 2 great kids: Lydia is a soon to Sophomore in high school and Nate is a soon to be 6th grader. I love spending time with my family and being a Dad. I enjoy embarrassing my kids with lame jokes and social media posts. I love to watch baseball ( I’m a huge Cubs fan!). I also love movies, especially the quotable classics from the 80’s and 90’s. I am new to the Med/Peds faculty, and I am really excited to be part of this amazing group.
Why I Chose Peoria
I chose Peoria because of the really strong med/peds presence in the community and throughout several sub-specialties in Peoria. In medical school, the residents that taught me the most and helped begin good clinical habits were Med/Peds residents. Excellent teaching was always a main tenet of the program and continues to be the case.
