Abstract Submissions Accepted: January 15 – February 27
Poster Printing Submissions Due: April 6
Limit two submissions (as first author) per person.
GME and Academic Affairs will cover the cost for one submission per resident or student.
Event Schedule

- 8:30 – 9:00 a.m. – Registration and Poster Setup
- 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. – Poster Session 1
- 10:00 – 11:45 a.m. – James Scholar Session 1 (seven 10-minute presentations, five-minute Q&A)
- 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. – Keynote Presentation with Lunch
- 1:00 – 1:15 p.m. – Poster Removal (Session 1) and Setup (Session 2)
- 1:15 – 2:15 p.m. – James Scholar Session 2 (four 10-minute presentations, five-minute Q&A)
- 2:15 – 3:15 p.m. – Poster Session 2
- 3:15 – 3:30 p.m. – Poster Removal (Session 2)
- 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. – Student/Resident Oral Presentations (six presentations, seven-minute talk with three-minute Q&A)
- 4:30 – 5:00 p.m. – Awards Ceremony
