About me
I am a general pediatrician who has practiced both ambulatory and hospital medicine and has served in medical leadership as a service line director. My current clinical and scholarly focus is in the area of childhood obesity prevention and management in addition to creating and teaching others about research methodology and health systems science. I am the medical director of Healthy Kid U, a pediatric weight management program at CHOI since 2012.
Why I chose Peoria
My spouse’s family are multi-generational Peorians and we feel grateful to live and work in a community we can contribute to.
