Amanda started working for the University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria (UICOMP) in August 2012 as the office support specialist for the Med-Peds residency program. In June 2016, she accepted the position of program coordinator for the diagnostic radiology residency program. Amanda manages the day to day operations of the diagnostic radiology residency office. She is involved with planning resident events including graduation and the recruitment interview season, keeping the program compliant with ACGME regulations, resident onboarding, scheduling meetings, utilizes the resident management system and other various systems, assists during various resident and faculty meetings, plus much more. Amanda serves as a Board Member at Large, Mentorship Committee Chair and the Special Events Ad-Hoc Committee Chair for the Association of Program Coordinators in Radiology. She has also presented at the Chicago Area Medical Education Group Conference. In April 2019, Amanda earned her certification in Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education. Amanda enjoys supporting the residents through their journey and looks forward to seeing what the future holds for the diagnostic radiology residency program.
