- Graduated from medical school no more than 5 years ago
- 3 LoRs required for application consideration
- USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 required
- D.O. applicants only need to complete COMLEX

Does your program accept students with multiple attempts on Steps 1 and/or 2?
Yes. Students have been accepted with more than one attempt on a test score but this does make it more difficult to be considered for invitation to interview.
Are there any other residency programs offered through OSF St. Mary Medical Center?
No, we are an unopposed program.
Are there any fellowships offered?
No.
Does your program accept post-graduate students for externships or clinical experience?
No, based on University of Illinois College of Medicine regulations, we do not accept post-graduate students for externships or observerships.
