Facilities
The Department of Radiology annually performs more than 300,000 diagnostic imaging studies of all types at OSF HealthCare Saint Francis Medical Center and six outpatient centers. In addition to the main campus, our faculty and residents give subspecialty reads of studies from other OSF HealthCare sister hospitals for a total of 730,000 studies.

Mammography
The OSF Saint Francis Center for Breast Health, formerly known as the Susan G. Komen Breast Center, is a freestanding outpatient breast imaging center with full field digital mammography units with Tomosynthesis, computer-aided detection for mammography, dedicated high resolution sonography units for diagnostic and ultrasound-guided core breast biopsy, stereotactic-guided core biopsy unit, and breast MRI for lesion detection and procedural guidance.

PACS
Our program features dedicated resident workstations with a state of the art reading area. The latest in PACS technology is offered through McKesson PACS system and Powerscribe voice recognition transcription software. Residents have access to 24-hour transcriptionists for use in times of heavy case load if necessary or desired.
OSF Record System
The OSF system utilizes the EPIC electronic health record system.
