Dr. Shile received his medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut. He completed clinical and research training in the Radiology Research Scholars Program in 1989 at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical center, Dallas, Texas. He also completed a residency in Radiology in 1991 at the Stanford University, Stanford, California. Dr. Shile also completed a Post-Doctoral Research/Mammography Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1993. Dr. Shile was previously President of SenoDx in St. Louis Missouri and Internal Medicine Assistant Professor of Radiology at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology, Washington University School of Medicine. He served as former Medical Director at the SGKBC. Dr. Shile is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Radiology at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria.
Dr. Shile is certified by the American Board of Radiology and holds memberships in the American College of Radiology, Radiologic Society of North America, American Roentgen Ray Society, Society of Breast Imaging, and Missouri Radiological Society.
