Support Policy
Communications & Information Services (CIS) will provide assistance with the following technical problems on your personal device:
- Email access
- Recording download
- Microsoft Office
- Windows 7, 8/8.1, 10
- Mac OS
- Account issues
- Antivirus support
- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Mobile device support
CIS will not be able to assist with the following technical problems on your personal device:
- Data backup and restoration
- Hardware repair or installation of new hardware
- Connectivity with any non UICOMP connection
Equipment for Loan
Dell (Windows) laptops for 7-day loan
Equipment Loan Request Forms are available in CIS (Room A117).
