Zoom video conferencing is now available for faculty, staff and students. CIS has installed the application and the Outlook scheduling tool on UICOMP devices.
Clinical / Patient Care: (This is NOT available for clinics or patient care at this time.)
- Go to uic.zoom.us
- Click Sign in (Configure your account)
- Enter your university email and password
- If you already have a free Basic Zoom account, the portal will ask you to switch to a new account. Please confirm that, yes, you do want to switch to the UIC licensed account.
- Ensure you have complete the steps listed above
- When prompted to sign in, choose Sign In with SSO
- When asked for company domain, enter uic (so that the full address reads uic.zoom.us) and click continue
- You will be redirected to UIC’s SSO (single sign-on) site, Shibboleth
- Enter your university NetID and password
