Illinois Medicine Curriculum Phase 1 (Class of 2023) site has been updated with information regarding schedule and content for each session. Lectures and Independent Studies are linked to Echo360, and Remote/Synchronous sessions will be delivered using Collaborate Ultra in Blackboard for the week of March 16, 2020. Students and faculty can access the Virtual Classrooms by using the link on the left navigation menu, or by following the link in the Block 4 Week 6 folder. Faculty will receive video tutorials for using Collaborate Ultra, and students will receive further instructions from Academic Affairs about upcoming live sessions for orientation to Collaborate.

In the meantime, students and faculty may use the Course Room to use Collaborate at any time, and a Virtual Student Lounge has also been created for students to gather and try out the Collaborate tool. The Course Room is a general purpose space that remains open and accessible at all times; it is not scheduled for a specific purpose. The Virtual Student Lounge is an open-ended session that will also remain accessible.

Faculty may hold Office Hours via Bb Collaborate Ultra, WebEx or Zoom. These details will be forthcoming and information will be emailed to students and posted in the Phase 1 Blackboard site.
