Dr. Croland is actively involved training the residents and staff on minimally invasive surgical techniques both laparoscopically and vaginally. In addition to administering the residency program he functions as a leader in Central Illinois in Female Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery / Urogynecology. With a full urodynamic testing center in his private practice, Dr. Croland uses cutting edge technology to treat female incontinence and pelvic support issues.
