Carol Packard is the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs. Her Ph.D. is in Human Resource and Organizational Development, with specializations in performance and program evaluation, teaching, and team development. She has 16 years experience in medical education and health care, and 35 years experience in teaching, curriculum development and evaluation, and instructional design. Beginning with a B.A. in multicultural education in 1974, she has continued to research how ethnic, professional, and organizational cultures affect how we learn, work together, and practice medicine.
Dr. Packard has spent 35 years in public education. She is firmly committed to providing the best opportunities for all UICOMP students, staff, and faculty to reach their full potential, and to enable all to see how their hard work meaningfully contributes to our communities!
